FIRST TIME HOME BUYER I will never buy a house again UNLESS Benjamin Lacey is my loan officer. From the moment our offer was accepted, everything that followed was absolutely terrifying. My husband and I were worried that we would be taken advantage of as first time buyers, with little knowledge and no experience to go on…that was UNTIL Ben got involved. We had started off with another lender and Ben took over while we were already under contract. It was effortless for him. We switched to him even after we had locked our loan with the other lender. I had been trying to do all the research i could, to make sure i understood what was going on but the MOMENT Ben got involved, he made sure i felt that i was making fully informed decisions. The only reason we even slept these past few weeks was because we knew Ben was going to bat for us. He was able to explain everything slowly and as many times as i needed him to ,until i genuinely understood. Communication was 1000% and that is saying a lot coming from a “stay at home mom” who had the entire day to come up with questions . There was never a moment that i had to wonder what was happening. He kept me informed through every step of the process I have a full understanding of EVERY decision that was made.
