The Educator Advantage
Southern Trust Mortgage supports educators through initiatives that recognize their role in shaping our communities. From August through November 2025, eligible educators received a $400 lender credit as a thank you for their dedication, helping make homeownership more accessible while celebrating the lasting impact teachers have on students, families, and local communities.
Through the Teachers Helping Teachers campaign, educators nominated fellow teachers to receive $250 Amazon gift cards to help stock their classrooms for the school year. In 2025, ten teachers were selected, with both the nominating teacher and the recipient receiving gift cards to support their classrooms.
